Renters must be 21 years of age or older.
Certain vehicles require drivers to be 25 years or older.

Is there a required interval between bookings?

Yes. A minimum 6-hour interval is required between bookings to allow for cleaning, inspection, and preparation.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Promotions may be available from time to time.

What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?

Minimum rental: 1 week

Maximum rental: Not specified (based on availability)

How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?

All rentals are subject to 7.38% sales tax.
Any applicable fees or discounts are clearly itemized prior to booking confirmation.

How many miles are included with the rental?

All rentals include unlimited miles.

What are your standard business hours?

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees?

Normally, Orlando Fleet Rentals (OFR) does not offer delivery services.
However, delivery may be considered with advance notice and approval:

- Within a 30-mile radius of Orlando International Airport: $100 delivery/pick-up fee

- Over 30 miles: Available on a case-by-case basis with prior approval

What are the allowed pick-up and return times?

Pick-up and return times are scheduled on a case-by-case basis.
Please contact OFR to coordinate your preferred time.

Note: Delivery and pick-up requests require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?

Custom deliveries are not routinely offered, but may be arranged in advance with approval from OFR.

Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?

Yes. Pick-ups and returns outside standard hours may be accommodated.
Please contact OFR in advance for arrangements.

Are there any important extra details renters should know?

Additional fees may include:

Young Driver Fee (under 21): $200 (approval required)

Pre-Paid Fuel Option: $55

Refueling Fee: $15 + cost of fuel

Late Return Fee: $25 per day

Vehicle Retrieval Fee: $250

Do you offer additional equipment or services?

Yes. Car seats are available for $10 per day.

What are the charges for exceeding the included mileage?

Not applicable. Rentals include unlimited mileage.

What is the cost for an additional driver?

Additional drivers may be added for $100, and must meet all rental requirements.

What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?

🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited.
A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found.

Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?

Yes. Renters are responsible for all tolls, parking violations, and tickets incurred during the rental period.

All vehicles are equipped with a UNI Pass device. Please notify OFR if you plan to use toll lanes.
Toll charges may take 30–60 days to process. Once billed, payment is required promptly.

Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?

We provide vehicles in clean, ready-to-drive condition and ask that they are returned the same way.

Cleaning fees may apply as follows:

Moderate Cleaning – $150
Mud, sand, minor odors, small spills

Heavy Cleaning – $200
Moderate stains, heavy odors, extensive debris

Severe Cleaning – $250
Steam cleaning or full detailing required

Pet Hair Removal – $250

Multiple Issues Cleaning – $350

A minimum $150 cleaning fee will be applied if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty.

⚠️ Beach Notice:
If the vehicle is taken to the beach, it must be returned free of sand and residue.
Failure to do so will result in a $250 detailing fee.

🐶 Pet Policy:
While we love animals, pets are not permitted in rental vehicles.

🚭 Smoking Reminder:
Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc.) is strictly prohibited.


Attempts to mask odors will not be effective—any evidence will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
